The manual should not be written when the project is now closed. To be useful, it must follow the development of the machine and describe its configuration, limits, residual risks and how to use it. Only in this way can it become a concrete tool for those who work on the plant and for those who respond to it.
We collect drawings, schemes, risk assessment and already available material. Then we reconstruct the intended use, limits, configurations, accessories and activities that the operator will really have to carry out.

Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 will be applicable from 14 January 2027 and will replace Directive 2006/42/EC. In the projects launched today, we distinguish what is required by the legislation in force from what will have to be considered for machines placed on the market from 2027.
Descriptions and instructions shall correspond to the delivered machinery, including functions, guards, controls, accessories and residual risks.
Those who consult the manual must understand what to do during transport, installation, start-up, use, cleaning, adjustment and maintenance, without relying on personal interpretations.
