The CE marking of a machine is not only a formal fulfillment, but a technical and documentary path which serves to demonstrate the Machine Conformity the safety requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.

The technical file shall collect the documentation necessary to demonstrate the conformity of the machinery and shall remain consistent with the actual configuration.
In industrial machines and complex plants it is essential to keep these documents up-to-date. Design changes, software updates or subsequent integrations can make the documentation no longer consistent with the machine actually made.
After delivery
Regulatory monitoring for 12 months.
For twelve months we report updates relevant to the project followed, including the transition from Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC to Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, applicable from 20 January 2027.
When a significant change emerges, we assess its impact on the machine and the technical file.
